Parkway Drive are the epitome of a live band, and I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to be able to shoot them a number of times. The first time was when they came to play in the venue where my photography career began, in Flicks/Orange Box in Yeovil, in 2007. I remember it well because they asked for the barrier to be removed, and it was a shock that the venue owner agreed because of course 250 kids tried to invade the foot high stage. Pretty stoked that they remembered that show when years later I was commissioned to do a magazine cover shoot with them, which is mad, but it was one of the craziest live shows I'd ever seen in Yeovil, so that's pretty cool!
