Payment terms
* A deposit of 25% of the agreed fee (non-refundable in the event of client cancellation) is required at time of booking, with the balance payable either within 7 days of the shoot or prior to delivery of high res images, whichever is sooner.
* High res images can only be delivered upon full payment of any outstanding invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
Travel expenses and extras
* Travel costs - mileage, flights, trains, parking, car hire, hotels etc - are chargeable as extra.
* Studio/location hire fees, additional lighting hire, models, actors, props + costumes are chargeable extras.
* Additional licencing fees and written agreements are required for any merchandise or commercial image use not agreed at the time of booking.
